Fantasia fondant was born out of a need for a better fondant. 

We wanted to offer a solution for many shortcomings of the currently available fondants on the market, such as premature drying, cracking, "sweating", melting, fading colors, and the unpleasant taste and aroma associated with most name brand fondants in the market.

So we asked ourselves, why can't we have a better fondant?

Fondant should taste and smell good! It should be able to cover a cake without drying out and tearing and breaking. Fondant should be extensible, elastic and pliable for those difficult and oddly shaped cakes! 

Last but not least, it should make the cake decorator's job easier. Because you have enough stress in your life than to have to worry about your fondant failing!
