Shipping policy

All orders received before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time on a business day will be prepared and shipped the same day. Any orders after 1PM may or may not be shipped same day and will be shipped the following business day - Monday through Friday, and excluding national holidays when UPS and USPS do not operate.

Shipping times shown by the carriers at checkout are indications only and not a guarantee of delivery on indicated number of days. These indications do not take into account the time your order was placed. 

Please refer to your tracking number sent to you by email once your order has shipped. If there is a problem with the shipment/delivery, please contact the appropriate carrier to resolve any issues. If you contact us, we will not have any additional information than what your tracking number indicates.
