Fantasia's modeling chocolate is smooth, firm, yet pliable paste that can be used for sculpting figures, faces, busts, chocolate flowers, bows and other cake decorations. It can also be used instead of fondant to panel cakes. It can be microwaved for a few seconds to soften it up when the weather is cold so it becomes smooth and pliable and easy to work with. Once pliable, it can be kneaded by hand or even through a dough or fondant sheeter. It is recommended to use oil based coloring gels if you want to color modeling chocolate.
